Matt has been with Integrity since 1992, and has performed in excess of 8,000 home inspections. He has also been the principle trainer of new inspectors at Integrity for more than 10 years. Before Integrity, Matt's work experience includes door manufacturing, assistant warehouse manager, restaurant maintenance, light commercial construction. In addition he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Warner Pacific College. He maintains an active Commercial Pest Control Operators License, Oregon State Inspectors certification, and all necessary State licensing for Oregon and Washington, and is ASHI candidate status.
