During Matt Kellys' extensive career in the mortgage industry, he experienced nearly every aspect the mortgage process. He served as a Wholesale Account Executive, Retail Loan Officer, Sales Manager, and Marketing Director for a large retail lender. During his career he serviced clients ranging from small Mom and Pop Broker Shops, to Builder ABA'a and Banks, as well as retail borrowers seeking to purchase or refinance a home.

His success in all areas can be directly attributed to his insatiable appetite for understanding the process and guidelines, pleasant demeanour, outstanding communication skills, and strong eagerness to provide excellent customer service.

In addition to his career in the mortgage industry he spent several years developing web based applications for the Real Estate vertical. Having been involved in this industry for nearly eleven years and knowing intimately the best of breed technologies gives his clients the ability to list and sell REO properties faster.

Past Responsibilities when I was in the Mortgage industry:

Responsible for the maintenance, development and enhancement of any customer facing technology or materials. Developed marketing plan in conjunction with senior management and Accounting which details activities consistent with meeting organizational objectives. Managed the Marketing Budget. Delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget. Development of frequent, timely and positive communications for RMC Vanguard to the public regarding it's programs across all available media which includes blog posts not limited to it's own blog. Develop strategies that will counter competitors to gain a larger share of the market at the expense of the competition. Responsible of the "Find a Realtor" program. Development of reporting and tracking of Marketing dollars spent. Managing the entire customer life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going surveys to customers and non-customers. Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan for new products, working with all departments to execute. Analyzing potential partner relationships and opportunities to grow the business. Management of existing vendor relationships with companies that provide products of services involved in the life cycle of a customer (Softvu, Mortech, Lead Sources such as Lending Tree, Lowermybills, Nextag, Getsmart, and LeadQual.).
