I have been in Real Estate for over 10 years. I worked for a major home builder for about 12 years and changed into resale homes. I love my job and pride myself with customer service. Not only do I have the experience but I work with a partner, his name is Bob Uthe, he is the "go get guy" for all our transactions, Bob is has been in the business for over 30 years, and Bob knows Real Estate like no other, he is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to knowledge about Real Estate, you can't go wrong with both our experience combined.

I believe as a professional Realtor we should all treat our customers with the up-most respect and remember no one client is alike. Each client you meet will have different motivations on why they want to sell or buy. If you find that niche that the client wants then you have accomplished the hardest part. Buying a home is the largest purchase most of us buy and when buying a home because you often want trade it in like a car, you need to make sure that the home fits the client. In a way I feel I am  like the Doctor of home sales, you may know the remedy but you have to know the symptoms first, meaning you need to know what the client wants.
