Real Estate Brokers/Owners: I have recently noticed that in these tough economic times, many of our Broker colleagues have been thinking about selling their Real Estate Business. Unfortunately, more often than not, I have seen them instead just fold up shop. They either were unable to sell or thought that they would be unable to sell their business.
I believe I have a solution that would enable them to capitalize on the good will they have worked so hard to build. What I have in mind is an exit strategy that would compensate them more money than they ever thought possible without having to work another day in real estate, while at the same time, enable them to remain loyal to all their dedicated staff and agents, and maybe even give them a pay raise. Wouldn't that be great?
