I have been a full time Realtor since 2003 in Charlotte, NC. I'm an NC native and have lived in Charlotte since 1994. I love the Charlotte NC Region and that makes working with those relocating here something I enjoy. Since the beginning I have worked with a local employer to provide information about the area and assist with the process of locating their new home in Charlotte. Relocation to a new area brings forth both excitment and stress.

 I receive referrals from other Realtors for listings, as well. I work very hard to provide the best marketing possible for my listings. I use a professional photographer to provide the best quality photos of the home. I have a licensed appraiser measure my listings and provide a floor plan with detailed measures of all rooms. Outside of the limits for descriptions in our MLS I have longer, detailed descriptions of my listings. I provide feedback on both showings and overall market updates for my clients.
