| We met Mary through an online ad for a rental home. She replied promptly, letting us know that the home we were interested in already had a tenant. Mary then offered to help us -- a military family -- plan our relocation to the metropolitan DC area. Mary showed us several properties that met our very exacting criteria for location, home size and school quality. After finding our rental options too limited, Mary then showed us what we could afford, explaining what was possible under the remaining balance of our VA loan. Because of knowledge, we found that we had many more options available to us. Her understanding of the areas high traffic zones made it easy plot the commuter pros and cons of each house we considered. In the end, we went with a rental home that had an easy commute for husband, a great school for my kids and a great community for me. However, I know when it's time to buy that we will do business with Mary Pultz. Her knowledge, skill and expertise are beyond compare. I am happy to recommend her to anyone in need of a dedicated realtor. |

| We LOVE Mary. She is professional, outgoing and always works with the best interests of her clients in mind. We were actually referred to her by a close friend, who also was on a home hunt at the same time we were. She went way out of her way to find us a great home on short notice and we really felt like she was there to protect and guide us with her knowledge, but she did not try to steer us in any pre-determined direction. I would recommend her to anyone wanting an honest, hard-working agent. And I often do! |

| Mary went above and beyond trying to help us find a rental. We went through so many places just to be turned down for our credit. I'm a stay at home mom and had a 4 month old and 4 yr old at the time so dealing with my schedule was a little crazy.Mary spent countless hours and days working with us. Even when we thought we were all out of options Mary took it upon herself to search other avenues that meant no commission for her just to find us a place. She will be our realtor for life! She was able to negotiate a lower price than was listed and made herself available morning, noon, and night in order to push paperwork through for a swift closing. We moved in two weeks from the start of the process, and my family has never been more pleased with the apartment. We were thrilled to have met Mary and would highly recommend her. |
