I'm part of a Family team. My mother, a Broker (both real estate and mortgage), is the listing agent. I, along side my aunt, are buyer's agent. My sister is a Certified Mortgage Planner™ and works closely with our prospects to ensure they will be able to afford the mortgage of today at tomorrows economy.
I'm a combination of child-like enthusiasm with Donald Trump-esque negotiation. I fight hard to get my clients everything on their wish list. I believe that my education speaks for itself, as a 3rd generation Realtor, I've grown up conscience of Miami 's market. Since the late 80's I've accompanied my mom on several occasions to listing appointments, open houses and even seminars.
I was privilege to experience at a very young age the behind the scenes of the Real Estate business. By 16, I worked as a receptionist in my mother's real estate company, Dadeland West Realty. As the years progressed, I moved up to Client-File Coordinator where I learned the laws associated with the real estate contracts and process.

I specialize in First-Time home buyers (their excitement is contagious and I do believe I'm addicted to it lol).
I work with distress seller's concentrating on Short Sale ventures.
I'm also trying to break into the luxury home market, especially condominiums. This is my next hurdle.
