Mary Ann Daniell is a native Texan with roots reaching back to frontier times in the early 1830's. Her family settled the Lampasas/Burnet TX area in the 1850's, buying land and establishing themselves as farmers and ranchers and real estate investors. Fast forward to 2018 and the family has traded the ranching business for the real estate business! This deep connection to the local area brings a unique knowledge of builders, developers, banking, mortgages, new homes, and home buying and selling in this market. There's nothing like experience!

| This was our first time selling a home and we were totally clueless about how to do it (and a little afraid). You made it sound so simple and reasonable, and it was! We appreciated all the time you took to explain what was going on, from the moment we listed the house until we were at the closing. Staging the home was one of our big big concerns and you made it work for us.. again kept it simple and totally easy. And how can we thank you enough for telling us to NOT make improvements to the house?
