Get to know Mark Watson


Mark is a native North Carolinian from theAppalachian Mountains. He has a great appreciation for the State's rich Southern heritage. He instills a little bit of that in each of his clients that move into the area, whether it’s teaching them how to speak “Southern” or having them over for supper and delighting them with some of grandmaw's mouth watering recipes.


Mark was born with a passion for architecture and design.  North Carolina is filled with a diversity of "homes styles" and "life styles", from the Blue Ridge Mountains to the eastern Atlantic shores. Mark has completed several interior design courses and has been involved in home renovations and interior projects that include room planning, fabrication/ installation, staging, furniture placement, lighting and general design concept consultation. Out of college, Mark moved to California for a summer job and ended up staying for 12 years! His career field in California was hi-tech, software/hardware development.  He managed a customer support division for a high tech firm in Silicon Valley for the last few years before moving back to the South and making a career change to real estate.  With his technical background, he  likes using cutting edge technology to better serve the needs of his clients. 


Mark was “Rookie of the Year” for top sales in his first year in real estate.  He has been recognized as the #1 top producing agent in the Keller Williams Charlotte-Ballantyne area in 2007, 2010, 2011 and was in the top 3 for 2008 & 2009.  He is ranked in the top 5% of producing agents, locally and nationally. He manages about 40 transactions a year and balances a buyer and seller inventory.  Mark is looked upon for his knowledge of “The Queen City” and targeting neighborhoods that his clients feel comfortable calling “home”.




As a Realtor in Charlotte, NC, Mark is able to provide a service to his clients that most other agents in the industry can't provide.  In addition to a driving tour of homes, Mark's clients can enjoy an aerial tour of the city from his private plane.  Additionally, Mark has partnered with some top agents in key areas of the mountains and along the coast.  With a plane, he says "helping his clients find a vacation home is just minutes away!"

Meet Roxsan Perez.  She is a buyers specialist on The Watson Group team at Keller Williams.  Roxsan has an extensive back ground in the mortgage industry, which she entered in 1991.  She has an extensive knowledge with available loan products and having this background, give her a strong ability to help qualify buyers and work closley with the lenders in making the buyers transaction and experience the best possible.  Roxsan in a personal investor of real estate properties so she has the personal experience in knowing how to treat a buyer and to help meet their personal expectations.  Roxsan takes care of all of The Watson Group buyer needs.

Meet Andi Wilson. Andi the the exectuive administrative assistant to The  Watson Group at Keller Williams.  Andi has been in the real estate industry since 1985.  She began her career in real estate as agent in Columbus and Cincinnati, Ohio.  She and her family moved to Ocean View, NJ in 1994 where she went to work for a large Title Company.  After 10 years, she and her husband made the move to Charlotte where she sought a career as an Administrative Assistant.  Andi has worked for two of the top producing agents in South Charlotte and now serves as the Executive Administrative Assistant to Mark Watson and The Watson Group.  She brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and expertise to our team. Andi coordinates and manages the logistics the transaction once one of our clients goes under contract.  She schedules  inspections, surveys, appraisals and closings for our clients.  She's a vital part of the team which ensures each transaction is processed in a timely and smooth manner.
