Marian Nelson brings a wealth of experience with her as a practitioner in Residential Real Estate in Arizona since 1995 beginning by working under a Retirement Life Care provider's real estate license until 2001 when she decided to sell residential real estate as an independent contractor.

She is an award winning REALTOR and has received a variety of awards for Top Relocation Listing Agent, Honor Society, Customer Service Award, and Multi-Million Dollar Producer. In 2012 Marian was presented with the Masters Ruby Award for sales production and also received the Bronze Achievement Award from the West Maricopa Association of REALTORS.

Marian served as President of the Women's Council of REALTORS Phoenix Chapter in 2006 and participated in helping WCR give back to the community by fund raising for underprivileged children in Arizona. She served as a WCR Presidential Advisor in 2008 and 2009.

Marian believes in education and continues to earn national designations to distinguish herself as a well-rounded and knowledgeable REALTOR. She earned her Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation in 2002 and the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation in 2003. She qualified for the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation in 2006. The CRS designation recognizes professional accomplishments in experience, education, and sales production. Marian completed her Graduate of REALTOR's Institute (GRI) education in 2008 and the e-PRO designation in technology proficiency for real estate professionals. In 2009 she completed a course for Certified Distressed Properties Expert (CDPE) qualifying her to work with banks to help sellers in distressed property situations and to assist her buyer clients in purchasing short sales and bank-owned properties. Marian finished 2009 by completing a course in Short Sales and Foreclosures Resources (SFR) which benefits her buyers and sellers by receiving  up-to-date service in the marketplace. In 2010, she received her Master in Real Estate (MRE) designation.

In 2006, Marian earned two specialty designations. She was certified under a prominent Feng Shui Master which gives her the unique designation (FSCRE) Feng Shui Certified in Real Estate. She then completed the year by earning an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) designation to assist sellers in staging their homes.
