As a full time real estate agent for the last 30 yrs, I offer an extensive knowledge and experience in handling all your real estate needs! I specialize in first time home buyers, and know of an array of loan products that may fit their budget. In addition, I have accomplished the designation, GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute), as well as SRES( Senior Real Estate Specialist). I have sold homes in Anne Arundel, Calvert,Charles,Prince George and Montgomery counties. I also have completed the course for the designation, CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert). Most recently, I have completed another designation, (DPP), distressed Property Professional.
My favorite cities to work at are Annapolis, Bowie and Crofton, I call it my ABC market. These markets offer an array of housing both for first time buyers, move-up buyers, or even homes for those over 55 yrs old, the active-adult!! In addition to a tremendous supply of homes, the area offers fabulous private and public schools, great restaurants, and shopping centers and entertainment venues.
