Margo began her real estate career in Yuba City, Ca. in 1985. Currently Margo is associated with Prudential California Realty, a highly respected real estate firm in the Sutter/Yuba area.
Prior to working with Prudential California Realty Margo work with ERA Showcase Real Estate from 2005 to 2013. Previously Margo was associated with Century 21. While associated Century 21 from 1995-2005. Margo was a Centurian award winner at Diamond level for outstanding production and service. Not only has Margo been in the top 10% of realtors in the Sutter Yuba area but has also won numerous awards for outstanding customer service.
Margo's areas of expertise include first home buyers (as well as current available lending programs), investors, relocation and Military transfers. Beale AFB is within minutes of her office.
Margo's marketing stratagies have proven to be successful as a top listing agent as well. Currently she is also helping sellers who have found themselves in difficult situations due to a declining real estate market. Margo has experience on Short Sales as well as working with Asset Managers on work-out programs and pre-foreclosure properties. Margo currently is working with banks on REO or Bank Owned properties which make up a very large part of our current resale market.
Her main concern is to help her clients achieve their real estate goals by professionalism and knowledge to get the job done always focused on her clients wants, needs and abilities.
