Get to Know Lauren Zurilla
I am a Multi-Million Dollar Producer and have been awarded membership in the President's Club and the Silver Team at my previous Real Estate Company. I transferred my RE License to Keller Williams in February 2009 because I saw tremendous growth & energy from the company. I hold a B.A. in Psychology and also hold my A.S.P certification (Accredited Staging Professional). In addition, I am a member of the 2014 Agent Leadership Counsel within the office and was also a member in 2011 and 2013. It's such a great honor to be a part of the daily decision making in this company. In order to be considered for this volunteer position, you need to be in the top 20% for sales in the office. I am also a member of the Harford County Women's Council and Million Dollar Real Estate Association of Harford County.
Knowing that it is a buyer's market, I need to do everything that I can to shorten the days on market for my clients who are selling. Offering to professionally stage their home - which is included when they choose me as their agent - gives their home an advantage over their competition. I understand that I am "assisting you with the largest transaction of your life", whether you are buying or selling - it's all the same to the client. You need a professional, who is knowledgeable and motivated and who will get the job done in a timely manner. | In 2012, we decided to put our house back on the market. We had it listed for 9 months in 2011 with no lick, and really little interest. We started our search for an agent a little different this time, though. In 2011, we used a family friend, but wanted to go a different route this time around. We decided to interview 3 different agents and select from there. After meeting with Lauren Zurilla (2nd agent), we decided to stop looking. She was honest, professional, and didn’t just tell us what we wanted to here. She brought statistics as reasons why we should select her and to gave us clear direction on ways to improve our home and its value before it was listed. We took her advice, and 45 days later we had a contract. Not only that, but the contract was exactly what the house appraised for, telling us she was right on with the list price and got every dollar she could for us. When it came to finding a house, she learned our preferences and really selected houses and areas she knew we would like. She looked at every house in the area with us until we found the one for us. We have been in our new house since July 2012 and love it. I would and have recommended Lauren to anyone who has asked or people I know are interested in selling/buying. We would use her again if we ever wanted to move (but I doubt we would). |
