My roots in the real estate industry extend to my teenage years, when my mom managed her own independent real estate company. When selecting a firm to launch my own career, Tate & Foss Sotheby's International Realty was the only choice. My husband, Shawn, and I purchased a home listed with the agency, so I had first-hand experience as a customer. I earned a BA (Psychology/Business Administration) from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA (Marketing Management) from Northeastern University. I have 20+ years of experience in marketing (planning, research and communications), advertising, client services and project management for companies including Putnam Investments, Tidewatch Market Research and MicroArts Creative Agency.

At Home on the Seacoast
I live in Rye NH and, with the exception of a few years in Boston MA, am a lifelong resident of Southern NH. Since leaving a fast-paced life in the city, I have fully enjoyed a more down-to-earth lifestyle on the Seacoast. Shawn and I walk the beach every morning with our black Labrador Retriever, Beau. We are members of the Wentworth By-The-Sea Marina. When I am not meeting with clients or working on their behalf, my favorite pursuits include tennis, downhill and cross-country skiing, hiking, yoga, cycling, international travel, creative marketing projects and spending quality time with friends and family.
