Get to Know Lynn Carey
I am a bit of a perfectionist. I know how things are supposed to be done, and that is the way I like to do them. I have been in Real Estate for 10 years, working for RE/MAX on the same team for 8 years. Having lived in the State College area for 28 years, I know this area, and its market very well. My number one personal assest is the ability to consistantly put myself in the place of both my buyers and my sellers. One can therefore expect that I will consider my clients needs and desires to be my own.
Certifications
As a member of REBAC and a Accredited Buyer Representative, my expertise is in assisting buyers throughout their entire real estate purchase from their first search until they close on their new home...and beyond. I like to think of myself as more of a consultant, guide, or resourse for my clients to rely on not only during the time of their current transaction, but for all real estate questions that may arrise during their lifetime. I want my clients to know that they can count on me as their personal resourse.
