Prior to real estate was a credit manager for three different major corporations for 18 years.
Licensed in real estate in 1987
Has sat on the York Region Real Estate Board since 1988 till its close in 2008. During that period has either chaired or sat on majority of committees with main ones being Education and Government Relations. Was President of the board in 1997. Just finished the NAR Greening Elective and Core Courses to get my GREENING designation.
Also has sat on committees on the Ontario Real Estate Board and the Toronto Real Estate Board.
Currently sits on a committee at OREA and the Government Relations Committee and Greening Task Force at TREB along with being a Director at Large at TREB.
Lydia is not afraid of change or a challenge and keeps her clients interests as the number one priority.
I work a lot with first time buyers, seniors , resale homes , really it is a very wide scope. I feel comfortable in listing and selling homes in the Newmarket, Aurora, Holland Landing, Bradford, East & West Gwillimbury, Innisfil, Keswick, Mount Albert, King Township and north Richmond Hill areas.
We have everything from condo apartments to condo townhouses, links, semis, freehold townhouses, detached homes with price ranges varying from the low $200,000 to $1,000,000 plus.. The average home right now in our area is around $324,000.
Homes can vary in age like any areas. But with such a large area we are north of Toronto and in some areas depending on what you are willing to invest we do have rural properties. Everyone has their own choice in lifestyle and homes and my success has been to help them achieve as close as possible their desired goals within their budget in home ownership.
