Specializing in the repair of damp basements, work done from the exterior, exposing basement walls, repairing and parging, damproofing, new footing drains, new 3/4 clear stone, backfilling and lot grading. Our company is fully equipped, backhoe, trucks and trailers, ready to correct any moisture problems.

We also do property management of rental buildings and single dwellings, complete accounting, collection of rents, deposits, tribunal experience, and all property maintenance. Exterior work either done by EHI or sub-contracted out. Our company is fully equipped for all snowplowing services, regular plow trucks, sanding and salting units and backhoe for the organizing of built up snow.
