I have worked with a vast amount of first time buyers and for that matter first time sellers. My clients appreciate the time and consideration that I take in explaining each and every step of the Real Estate transaction. I also specialize in relocation and work with some of the largest corporations in the area in helping find and sell their empolyees properties. To be sucessful in relocation you must be a very good listener and understand exactly what your client's needs are. Sometimes you have to do that through just one phone conversation so we train ourselves on listening to our clients and gaining insight to what it is that they desire. Also many buyers dont understand why it is necessary to use a real estate agent for a new construction purchase. First off not all new construction is the same and I can offer alot of insight as to what is good quality construction and what is less that good construction. Not only that but builders are not there to represent the buyer rather they are out just to get the sale, so why not have someone represent you and help you negotiate a good deal?
