I have knowledge of the repair/structural aspects of homes due to my many rehab projects including new construction development. I have training on the Fannie Mae Residential Valuation Forms 1004. I average 15-20 real estate transactions a year. I am knowledgeable in property management principals, real estate law, appraisal principals & construction project management.
