Have you ever walked into a shoe store and the salesperson tried to cram your foot into the wrong size shoe?  Their motivation is "MAKE THE SALE" at any cost.  This is not the philosophy of Loudine Marrs and the team at Century 21 Marrs & Associates.  Loudine and the team get to know their clients, and treat them like family.  I began my search for my "dream home" during a difficult time in my life.  My mother had recently passed away, and the patience, kindness, and understanding they afforded me was unbelievable.  I asked a million questions, and received a million answers.  Loudine and the team make sure you understand the entire process of buying a home, and will walk you through the easy parts, and hold your hand during the difficult times.  I never felt rushed, pressured, or any of the adjectives that are used to describe the home buying experience.  After all the papers were signed, and I received the keys, the relationship did not end.  Loudine checked in frequently to see if my move was going smoothly, and if I needed anything.  I was not crammed into a house that didn't fit, this house fits like a glove.  ~Kendra Bunch
