Beginning In New York City at the boutique commercial real estate firm of
Julien J. Studley (now Studley, Inc), Lloyd was an original member
of the National Investment Sales Division, representing global clients
in buying and selling commercial properties.

Lloyd worked on the sale of The Empire State Building, the development of the 61st Street Heliport and the development of the west side train yards which sold to Donald Trump.

Lloyd moved to Penson Development as a VP.
Oversaw the development of L’Isola, a newly built 23 story, 80 unit condominium
on 32nd Street between Lexington and Third Avenues as well as industrial conversions to residential units in NY’s Tribeca neighborhood.

Lloyd joined Foreston Development as EVP/Partner where he oversaw the development of LeChambord, an elegant 22 story condominium with only
2 units per floor located at 350 East 72nd St. and New York’s only condominium
on famed Fifth Avenue located at 86th St. and Fifth Avenue (1049 Fifth).
Foreston also represented Investcorp, a global private banking organization based in Abu Dhabi whose purchase of Gucci, Tiffany, Saks Fifth Avenue, Color Tile, Carvel, Bertram Yachts and Riva Yachts included significant properties around the globe.
Foreston was charged with analyzing, identifying and disposing of the redundant properties in their portfolio.

Lloyd now moves to Bradley Real Estate where his passion for residential properties, experience and insight will add to Bradley’s significant accomplishments in Marin.
