I handle all types of property, in the residential area of real estate. I often would hear in courses that I have taken how we should figure out what our "expertise" area would be and work it. I didn't know which one to pursue, because I liked them all. In my case I believe it was decided for me by the public. I have been working mainly with first time buyers. I do like it immensely! They are so nervous, not sure what to do. So when I meet with them, chit-chat a little, calm them down, and discuss step-by-step what they will be going through, it gives me a sense of satisfaction, a well done feeling. And the hugs and thank you's and the "I couldn't have done it without you" doesn't hurt either.
