Especially in my immediate area are the cities of Menlo Park, Atherton, Portola Valley, Woodside, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Mountain View, Redwood City, San Carlos. By and large, this process involves using professional skills, and earning the trust and respect of purchasers and/or sellers, other agents, and myriad service providers. I currently apply my expansive experience in construction, marketing, sales, negotiations, and closing to my real estate business in the Mid-Peninsula communities of Menlo Park, Atherton, Portola valley, Woodside, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Mountain View and Redwood City.
I have had 20 years of sales experience with two national companies. My experience includes 12 years of Real Estate experience as President of a national vacation condominium and home sales/rental company called http://www.condoworld.com/. I specialized in the rental and sales of exclusive vacation condominiums and homes. My experience also includes 8 years as the National Sales Manager for Monarch Fasteners/Border Bolt, Inc., a national construction products company.

I work with my husband, Herschel Cobb, who is an attorney and an active member of the California State Bar. Herschel earned his law degree at the University of California at Berkeley. His law practice specialized in complex real estate and business matters, and some estate and probate matters. He has extensive experience in negotiations. He worked in acquisitions for a national real estate syndication firm during which time he acquired over $400 million in commercial properties. In the late 1980's, Herschel worked with a major commercial mortgage banking firm. He maintains a small investment business in which he is responsible for guiding the investments of family trusts.

Personal Background
I was raised in Atherton and attended Sacred Heart, Atherton, for elementry and High School, and Santa Clara University.
My roots are 6 generations deep in this community. My great-great grandparent traveled to San Francisco in 1850. My grandparents, who lived in San Francisco, spent their summers from 1911 in the Woodside/Atherton/Menlo Park areas and moved permanently in 1939. My husband Herschel's grandfather, Ty Cobb, moved to Atherton to raise his family in 1933.
As a family, we enjoy reading, traveling and are avid sports fans and participants.
We enjoy as a family baseball, football, basketball, tennis, golf and horseback riding.
