I am an Escrow professional that started my career in the title/escrow industry and found a job that I love for almost 4 decades. I started my career with TICOR Title Insurance in 1972, first large project I was privileged to handled was a tract/condo project, which entailed physically being at the site to sign up the clients, from there I took on resale, refinances, exchanges for residential, industrial, and commercial transactions. I later, with two other colleagues started our own independent escrow company, which we ran from 1981 to 1989. In the 90's I took a break from escrow and went to work for the Dept of Justice/DEA in Guadalajara, Mexico. Missed escrow, so in late 90's returned to title/escrow and jumped back in, handling Reitt's, portfolios and national closing across the nation working for First American Title Insurance - National Division. Anyone working in this industry will tell you that at takes everyone working as a team to successfully close any transaction. It gives me great satisfaction in working with fellow escrow officers, closers, title companies, brokers, attorney's, and lenders and a prvilidge to close from the simplest to the most complicated transaction and knowing that all of us did a good job.
Am committed to my career as an escrow professional and run my desk as it was my business with integrity, Character & Trust. I am fluent in Spanish and always available to help my clients in the Hispanic communities. My career as an Escrow Professional is more than just a job or make a living, it is a way to make a difference, no mater how small in helping people close their first home, or commercial building.

Continuing Education is very important to me and have completed many real estate courses at Mt. Sac College, includes Escrow I, II and III. Attend our CEA/AEA Conference to keep up with the new changes that effects our industry with continuing education courses as well as teach the new generation of escrow professionals to cope with the changing aspects of our industry.
