I moved here 31/2 years ago from Boston because I figured an older single person would have a lot more fun here!  I was right!!  There is something fun to do everyday and night here and an endless supply of age-appropriate people to meet. 

At the same time, I have been learning about the real estate market here which is very different from Boston to say the least.

This is a great time to buy down here as a transplant like me. as a snowbird (seasonal part-timer), or as an investor.  A real buyers' market exists here now.  In many cases you can name your price.   There are lots of beautiful new homes going begging.  Don't miss this great opportunity!
