Simply said...I love what I do! I've been involved in design work for twenty years. I started out in designing store windows for major department stores and continued on in visual merchandising. I have a couple of degrees - BS and a BFA, which help in designing and color consulting. I am also Home Staging and Redesign Certified and a member of ASHSR. But mostly I have a great enthusiasm for staging homes! I love converting rooms into visual displays that evoke emotional connections and possibilities. Once your potential buyer is in the house we want to highlight the house's best features. We want buyers to feel like they have to have this house: they are home. That's NeverUpStaged staging. That's what I do.
I love home staging, but also am concentrating on creating home shows for my real estate partners. It is so important to present the house well on the Internet. So I decided to take staging to a different level and also create shows with music and captions to really draw prospective buyers in. I use the pictures I've taken if I've staged the home or can use pictures from the real estate agent to create the shows. It's become a real interest to me. So instead of doing the panoramic virtual tours, I create videos. I think they are much more interesting and emotionally provoking.
