FIRST TIME HOMEBUYERS

I've probably had the most satisfaction from working with first time homebuyers. I have the patience and the knowledge to make the transaction as smooth and anxiety-free as possible. Education is the key. I offer a Buyer Education Session to all first time buyers. It's low pressure and filled with great information, from understanding the pre-approval process to making an offer to the value of a home inspection to what to expect at the closing and everything else in between.
