I am a long time resident of the North Fork of Long Island. I decided it was time to capitalize on the fact that I know practically EVERYONE who lives here and combine that with my fascination with real estate. I spent many years working in the publishing, advertising, and typographic design industries in Manhattan and that experience has given me an extensive knowledge of marketing and an eye for typography, which gives me the ability to create professional brochures and fliers for my clients. Since moving to the North Fork full time in 1988 I have put a great deal of energy into promoting the arts, especially the North Fork Community Theatre in Mattituck, where I serve on the board of directors, and have produced, directed, and performed in numerous productions. I am also a member of the Greyhound rescue organization Grateful Greyhounds, and helped design and create a dog parks in Southold. I am also a member of the Dark Skies advisory committee to the Riverhead Town Board. This committee is working with the town to create a residential and commercial lighting code which will ensure that Riverhead maintains its rural character--the primary reason people move here!
