Real estate is not just about buying and selling houses. For me, real estate is about matchmaking, about helping my clients find and fall in love with their perfect home, or move on from a home with peace and closure. Since 1984, I’ve excelled at what I do because of my immense work ethic, diverse experience, and passion that I bring to my work every day. My service is selective, personalized, and detail-oriented, from the moment I meet with a client to the close of a transaction. With decades of success, I serve my clients every step of the way.
I began my career with Skipper Morrison Realtors, a boutique Atlanta agency that offered relocation services to Fortune 500 executives and became the youngest agent in Atlanta to have achieved the Million Dollar Club during his/her first year in business.
I went on to join ReMax of Buckhead/ Atlanta, and over the years my awards represented an annual volume of $6 million or more consecutively for over a decade. In 2001, I also completed the sale of the most expensive home ever sold in Atlanta at that time. My high-profile clients appreciated my confidentiality and negotiation mastery.
When I moved to Port Townsend, Washington, in 2012, I ranked as one of the top six agents in my first year. Now, in Portland, I am continuing to thrive, bringing years of market know-how to help individuals, couples, and families looking to buy or sell a home at any point on the price spectrum.
While these achievements attest to my professional capacity, real estate is not just about the numbers. It’s about establishing the most important place in our lives—our home. In order to best help my clients, I make every effort to get to know their motivations and specifications, do extensive market research, and am always available by phone, text, email, or social media. I am transparent and honest on all matters, from pricing and negotiation to feedback from potential buyers.

I specialize in listings , but am a dedicated Buyer's rep in a very competitive market. My approach is different. For listings, I focus on staging the home for maximum photo value. I use all the technology available to create a proeprty that stands out from the competition. Even homes that have been on the market for years sell in under 30 days using my stratagies. I have also staged and given profesional advice to help other Realtors help promote their listings. My belief is that we have to work together to the benefit of our clients and customers. For first time home Buyer's , my belief is that their first home will always be their best investment and price is the key. I carefully guide them through the negotiations always keeping in mind "just say no" :) because they will secure a good investment when they buy, not when they sell.
