I understand the real estate, mortgage, loan signing and notary public business completely having been involved in all aspects of the business for many years. I owned and operated successful companies such a Loan Signer101 and Signing Agent Coach.com and I've taught the California Mandatory Notary Public Education Course for the state's #1 vocational school, Notary Classes.com. I've coached and mentored hundreds of student since 1999 and enjoyed writing lesson plans for hands-on workshops and teaching them as well.
I also specialized in Reverse Mortgage sales and am proud of the positive difference I made for many, many Seniors over the years. Selling RMs was absolutely the most favorite part of my tenure in the mortgage industry!
My beauty background began many years ago, however, took a back seat to college and then a career in the USAF. I then become involved in the mortage industry in 1989 and started my own training and coaching companies in 1999 and 2000. Although extremely busy for quite a few years, once those business slowed down, I decided to again pursue the business of beauty, a long-time love in a field that I've enjoyed for many years.
I've updated my skills in skin care and cosmetics through many formal and informal classes and workshops, technical schools and mentorships since 2008. I'm a practicing Make-up Artist and hold certifications from many well-known school houses. Life is good and gettin' better!
