I welcome this opportunity to introduce myself as a professional with over eleven years experience in property management (CAM license since l997 as Association Manager of HOA"s and Condonminiums) and a real estate agent (since 2000 in Sales/Leasing/Property Management), Orlando, Florida.
Currently specializing in Foreclosures, helping owners while focusing on short sales, in compliance with the Foreclosure Rescue Act, Section 501.1337, Florida Statutes, that went into effect October 1, 2008.
Over fiftteen years experience in marketing, public relations and creating special events as a former Advertising & Marketing Assistant/Fashion Director, and also as Marketing Director of my own company, Kathy Hubbert & Associates, Toronto, Canada.

Although I was born in Youngstown, Ohio, I attended high school at Ft. Lauderdale High and upon graduation continued my education at Ryerson University, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
I love gardening which I can enjoy 12 months of the year, I enjoy playing and pampering my cats (if you have a ferral problem, I can offer a human solution to a humane problem). I'm a good listener and enjoy solving problems.
