I particularly enjoy assisting first-time homebuyers. A past client attended classes (sometimes required by certain mortgage programs) concerning buying and owning her first home. When I asked what sort of things were covered, she told me that I had explained previously to her most everything they told her in the class. That was a really good feeling for me.
I also work with many "move-up" buyers, taking on the challenge of coordinating the sale of their "starter" house and the purchase of their newer, larger house with more amenities. There always seems to be a strong market for starter homes and I believe this type of move is usually profitable.
Second homes near Raystown Lake have become quite popular. With a wealth of outdoor activities like boating, fishing, hiking, biking and hunting...there's something for everyone in Huntingdon County. The change of seasons brings amazing blooms and blossoms in an eye-pleasing array of color. Our wildlife will thrill you from deer and bear to bald eagles and other native birds.
