Goldfarb is a business consultant, coach and author with over 25 years experience in the finance and real estate industries in Tampa Bay area. She knows what it takes to start and grow a successful business. “Sometimes we get wrapped up in the moment,” says Linda. “I like to start by looking at the whole picture.” Linda began her career as a Mortgage Loan Officer and customer service representative. She went on to become a business consultant, establishing a mortgage company from the ground up for a local developer. As a licensed Realtor®, Linda had a highly successful career in the Tampa Bay area and earned her Broker’s License. A broad scope of business professionals and non-profits sought out her advice on marketing, networking techniques, and business strategies. To meet the need, Linda created LSG Consulting Services, LLC in 2001 LSG helps build businesses, set up companies, train staff and meet regulatory requirements through private consultations and workshops. “Together we determine what we want to accomplish and make the changes we need in order to stay focused,” says Linda. “Don’t let your business run you,” says Linda. “Spend your time in an effective way. Building a business takes time. Make a plan, be consistent and know your resources. Discover what sets you apart.” “Workshop Series” materials direct the client to assess their current path and develop short and long term goals by asking questions like “ What do you consider to be your WEAK link?” “What will you do to change this behavior/action?” and other thought provoking titles like “What makes you tick?” “Look in your box.” “So you have 100 business cards and no business.” “Creating First impressions.” Linda believes that one of our purposes in life is to give back to the community. She is active in a variety of professional and community organizations, serving on many boards in the past thirty years.
