Linda Balades, a Ventura County resident since 1972, is a member of the Comfort Real Estate Services sales team.

After purchasing her first home in the Conejo Valley in 1972 Linda developed a keen interest both in real estate and helping others to achieve their homeownership dream.  Linda has been successfully helping others as a real estate professional since 1992 and currently holds a Brokers license. She is also a commisssioned Notary Public.
