In my previous life, I was a psychologist with the Philadelphia School System. I retired eight years ago to join my son a real estate broker and an attorney, and I got my license as a real estate agent.
Given the current state of the schools, I know I did the right thing.
I also became a mortgage broker and a title agent so that I can provide the whole gamut of real estate services.
My current certification is in school psychology
I have not won any awards but my clients have raved about my services.
I listen! I ask questions so I can understand my buyer's or seller's needs. As a mortgage broker, I can make the real estate process go smoothly and close deals that others cannot.
As a title agent, I offer all of the services that one would need to buy and sell and I offer discounts on my services.
