Meet Letrissa 

Letrissa is a native Georgian with ten plus years of Real Estate experience!  While possessing the ability to facilitate a wide range of one’s real estate needs she specializes in New Construction  home sales, REO sales, resale homes, Short-Sales and the rendering of new and seasoned investors. 

She has obtained several achievements during her tenure as a Realtor. Letrissa has been recognized as Realtor of the month in the years 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012. Top 5 Individual agent 2008, 2010, 2011, Top 3 agents 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2010 in Peachtree City and Fayette County. #2 Agent in Sales and Production 2012. Letrissa is a Member of the Circle Of Achievements with the Fayette County Board Of Realtors in the Gold Category for having sold over $5 Million Dollars of Inventory in an entire year and selling over 50 units every year for the last five years! She has remained in the top 20% of the market which for eight consecutive years has allotted her the esteemed position on the ALC (Agent Leadership Council) with Keller Williams Realty. She has received recognition from her local boards and local magazine publications. Atlanta’s own Investor Digest awarded her the honor of the top 3 agents in Atlanta. Although busy receiving her recognitions Letrissa’s best reward comes from looking back to pull up others. Teaching all that she knows is the way that she receives her biggest reward. She has facilitated over 75 classes in the last two years including technology, GAR contracts, Short Sales, HUD, REO properties, Social Media and Distress home marketing just to name a few. Letrissa serves as the Committee chair for several Not For Profit Businesses; Kares4Kids (Ambassador), Women’s Council of Realtors Coweta (Treasurer), Habitat For Humanity(Volunteer), and sits on the board of many others.

 She received her education from Georgia State University and Clayton College and State University.  Letrissa attended GAMLS and Barney Fletcher University for her Real Estate Career. She possesses a thirteen year Real Estate and Finance background as well. This allows Letrissa to offer her well rounded expertise in this complex real estate market.

To date Letrissa has not only found her niche’, she has nailed it! She has processed 100 transactions since mid-2010 to present. Letrissa prides herself on excellence which her home Sellers has come to trust.

She has formed many alliances with all of the major Lenders and says, “That systems are created to be followed. Once we realize the Bank’s system we then realize that they are our teammates not our enemies.” She has proven that method works by her successful processing of her files.

In her spare time she enjoys reading, teaching people new things, riding her horses, shopping and fellowshipping with her family and friends!
