I have been a resident of Baldwin County since 1997 and a licensed Realtor in Alabama since 1998.  I am an Accredited Buyer's Agent as well as an Associate Broker in Alabama.  I have been a member of the Coldwell Banker President's Circle which places agents in the top 4% Internationally.  I have closed approximately 50 milliion dollars in real estate transactions. 

I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers.  My areas of expertise include the full negotiation process with a high percentage of "making the deal work" which equals closed transactions.  I listen to my clients wants and needs and do not move in a direction that would lead us away from their final goals.
