I have been through all the marekts since the late 1970's and have learned to adapt to the daily challenges of rapid moving, sluggish, bullish, bearish and sometimes very volitile markets. The most important qualities I bring to the table are EXPERIENCE, honesty, persistence.patience and the power pf negotiation. I have a very pleasant demeanor and a solid work ethic.  I have worked for and with the best in the business since 1978 when I began my real estate career during a one year transition between universities. I have managed hundreds of associates and hundreds of sales.  I have consistently been in the top 2% of Realtors nationwide.

I owned and operated successful catering and party planning businees for 20 years while I worked full time in real estate. I am passionate about the environment and remain committed to helping preserve our sensitive surroundings.  My love of Biscayne Bay, the oceans of the world AND our future generations keeps me focused on always learning better ways to conserve energy. I pass this information along to my clients and friends. I am actively involved in volunteering for my community through many organizations including Shake-A-Leg Miami, Habitat for Humanity, The Marjorie Stoneman Douglas Biscayne Nature Center, the Coconut Grove Women's Club, Plymouth Congregational Church Missions, Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart Alumnae Council and The Barnacle Society State Historic Park, (the oldest home in Miami still on its original site). On my days off one can often find me removing trash from the beaches and sandbars of Biscayne Bay; forever protecting our precious natural habitats.
