I am in the third year of my real estate career after spending over ten years as a retail and commercial lender with a local community bank. During my banking career, I worked very closely with builders, developers and realtors as a preferred lender for the communities marketed by Century 21 Hecht Realty Inc. My primary focus is on developing the New Home Sales Division of Hecht Development Company. I do this by using my past experience and relationships with builders and my extensive knowledge of the western Lake Norman area to create builder relationships that will be around for years to come. Having grown up in the Denver and Sherrills Ford communities, I have a passion for the area and each of the communities created around Lake Norman and the surrounding counties.

I am Residential Construction Certified (RCC) which means I have had extensive training on new construction and the building process.  I am in the process of becoming a New Homes Sales Profession and obtaining the Certified New Homes Specialist (CNHS) designation. 

I am a member of the Lake Norman Home Builders Association (LNHBA), National Home Builders Association (NHBA),  Lincoln County Board of REALTORS, Charter Member and Treasurer of the Sherrills Ford - Terrell Rotary Club and  Board Member for the Catawba County Chamber of Commerce - Southeast Area Council.
