I have been assisting real estate buyers and sellers since 1999, specializing in Northern New Mexico residential and rural properties, as well as in land. My background as a filmmaker and artist gives my real estate clients the benefits of my visual insights, my being a good listener, my experience in negotiating the often-rough waters of a transaction, and my knowledge of the art, culture and real estate markets of Santa Fe and Northern New Mexico. As I so appreciate this wonderful Land of Enchantment, my main concern is that buyers and sellers have as enjoyable and satisfactory experience as possible, whether it is finding the perfect property or selling with the most favorable terms.

Before I began my real estate career, I produced work in film, video, photography and digital media; and I continue to create and exhibit my drawings (digital and hand-made) and photography. I majored in Art History and Italian at Smith College, and received my M.A. in Photography and Studio Art from New York University and the International Center of Photography. In New York City I owned a video production company which specialized in performance and experimental work and produced award-winning documentaries. My artwork is in private collections as well as in the New Mexico Capitol Art Foundation Collection.
