So many agents brag about their awards and certifications and while I have those - I want to let my prospective clients know that I believe in a philosophy that goes like this - "IT'S ALL ABOUT YOU!"  My past and current sellers and buyers would tell you that while working with me they felt like they were my 'only' client because my attention to their needs was so keen and detailed that it would appear I had nothing else to do.

I have lived in the Augusta, Georgia for 8 years and have been licensed to sell real estate in Georgia and South Carolina since March 2005.  I have taken hundreds of hours of continuing education.  Tony Tanksley and I are partners, both in life and in real estate and we call our team The Augusta Home Team.  Our clients get two-for-the-price of one when working with either or both of us.

I love listing properties and making suggestions for staging as well as advice on what it will take to set your home apart from all the others.  I love working with buyers - especially new to the area, as I have moved from state to state my entire life.  I've worked with investors who are looking for rentals and I've assisted those investors with finding tenants, keeping tenants and managing their properties while under lease. 

My website says "Everything I Touch Turns to Sold" - I try to live by this motto - even in a buyer's market - I feel strongly that I can sell any listing that is priced right and shows well.  In my free time, I love to play golf and for relaxation, I volunteer my time as a docent at the Morris Musuem of Art.
