Leading Outer Banks lender joins Coldwell Banker

 After 20+ years working in the world of banking, I am thrilled with my decision to work in the wonderful world of real estate!  I was transferred to the Outer Banks in 1989 and now can't imagine living anywhere else.  I've spent my entire career making real estate loans.  I have enjoyed working with both commercial and residential property owners; construction lending is what I am best known for. 

 I look forward to putting my experience and expertise to use for friends and future clients while assisting them with their real estate investment on the Outer Banks.  I believe my knowledge of the Outer Banks and the real estate industry will allow me to better assist people buying and selling property.  My finance background helps make the mortgage process as smooth as possible and I have assisted numerous clients with both regular and reverse 1031 exchanges.

In my spare time I play Mom to five cool kids and am active in the schools and various youth organizations.  I am a big believer in giving back to the community and have  held numerous volunteer positions including serving as Chair of the Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce and Treasurer of the Outer Banks Visitor's Bureau.  I have been an active member of the Outer Banks Association of Realtors and Outer Banks Home Builders Association since being transferred to the area 20 years ago
