I am an Associate Broker with one of the largest Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate companies in the United States. I have been in the business of helping families and investors meet their real estate needs and goals for over 18 years in the Metro Atlanta area. My husband (Joe) and I work together and we have a full time assistant as well. We have closed over 1000 transactions since starting in the business. Commit to priority availability for meeting your needs and schedule for property research and showings.
Provide access to community and property information.
Complete a market search to identify properties consistent with your needs and price range.
Conduct a Comparative Market Analysis for you prior to you making an offer.
Obtain and review with you the seller's written property history and disclosure statement prior to the Purchase Offer.
Prepare a written Purchase Offer on the property of your choice reflecting your price and terms.
Provide counsel and negotiating assistance.
Provide a list of building and pest inspectors prior to the Offer to Purchase.
Assist you in monitoring the status and satisfaction of contract contingencies.
Accompany you on walk through property inspection before closing, if provided for in the contract.
Contact you after the closing to assure the satisfactory completion of all service details.
I will also provide you with the opportunity to review my performance when our transaction is complete, that way we are both reminded that my performance during the entire transaction is being reported on.
