Lauree is a native of the Southwest Texas Hill Country region. Lauree attended Sam Houston State University with a degree in nursing, later to pursue a career in Real Estate Development with her husband of twenty-eight years. She is registered as a Texas Residential Contractor and holds a license as a Texas Realtor. She currently holds a position as CEO/Managing Member of M L Martin Development Group, LP. Where she specializes in administration/management of commercial subcontracting and has been building luxury homes within and around the Brazos Valley for over 15 years combined with her vast Real Estate knowledge. Lauree and her husband have been active real estate investors and developers in the Brazos Valley area developing vast knowledge about the community professionally both in the residential and commercial markets. Lauree and her family are vested long term residents of the Bryan-College Station Community raising their daughter within the local public and private schools sectors. Their daughter is currently attending college studying music business with emphasis in legal studies in pursuit of an entertainment law degree.
