My daughter, Katy Freshour, and I work together as a team to meet all of the needs of our clients. We have a blast working together and find that our clients truly become friends for life. Laura Duggan is the broker owner of West Austin Properties, a second generation family owned real estate firm located in Austin, Texas. As a third-generation native with over 36 years experience, Laura is uniquely prepared to represent both buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of a home of any size and in any price range. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with two degrees, Laura has been married to husband, Brad since 1981 and they have two adult daughters, Kerry and Katy. “This is a family business. My father and grandfather taught us to treat each client like they were family. What greater joy can one have than helping a family member with the purchase or sale of a home?” Laura and the whole team carry on that tradition.

She really listened to what I wanted and after six weeks she found my house even though it wasn’t on my mls search, took me to see it, and submitted the contract on line so quickly and easily that I was amazed.
