I have been in Real Estate for many years now and love the excitment that comes with helping people who want a part of the American Dream.  I hold several designations among them are e-Pro, Senior Residentual Specialist, Summerlin Specialist, Real Estate Cyber Society.  I love first time home buyers, and active adult.  First time home buyers are so excited and yet so unsure of the steps they need to take.  It gives me great pleasure to make sure they understand the process and take as much time with them as needed.  In the end to see the happiness when they have the keys to their first home is so very rewarding.  On the other end of the spectrum are the wonderful active adults.  They are knowledgable and know what they want. I always learn something from them and enjoy very much time spent with these special people.
