My Accomplishments
I graduated from Elon University in 2002 as a business fellow with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

I earned my North Carolina Salesperson's license in 2002, and my North Carolina Real Estate Broker's license in 2003. I was the broker in charge of FirstSouth Realty from 2004 until 2008.  I am currently broker in charge of McCauley Homes. 

I earned my e-pro certification in 2006, and both my Graduate of Realtors Institute designation and my Certified Residential Specialist designation in 2008.

I am also a certified paramedic in the state of North Carolina, hopefully I can meet you in my real estate capacity!

When I'm not working, I spend time with my wife and two boys. I'm an avid sportsman, love reading, and enjoy classic video games.

I specialize in a few areas, including new and existing residential property, land, including subdivisions, and REO properties.

I have handled the sale of new construction since the first day I started in the business. I understand the needs of builders, and the needs of the purchasers of new homes. I have handled transactions in new construction ranging from $99,000 up to $679,000.

I have handled the sale of lots in four different subdivisions, with lot prices ranging from $20,000 up to $250,000. I was the listing agent for phases 1, 2 and 3 in the prestigious Waterford Subdivision. If you are considering purchasing or listing land, contact me.

I've listed and sold REO (foreclosure) properties since 2003. I have relationships with different banks and understand the process from start to finish.
