Chris McClure, that's me, is affiliated with powerful Coldwell Banker Hubbell Real Estate Co, mid Michigan's premier entry in the Real Estate Industry.  A consistent producer I was most recently honored with three Realtor of the Month awards over the last year and a half.My belief is that an Agent must take his profession to the highest level of quality service.  He needs to be known for finding the perfect new home for buyers and helping sellers prepare their homes for quick, efficient and beneficial sale.  A seasoned professional, I know my way around a Real Estate transaction.  One of my primary goals is to ensure all clients get a smooth and stress-free experience.                                                       A graduate of Michigan State University, I grew up in nearby Haslett and now live in East Lansing, literally in the center of the Real Estate market I now serve.  My wife of 21 years, Barbara, and two of three children are still putting up with me.  The third child is now a student at MSU, six blocks away, so she can easily get to our house to borrow a car or do laundry and hasn't quite left home,,,,,,,yet.  .  When not selling Real Estate I can often be found at one of North America´s top Auto Racing venues where, over the last 25 years, I have often served a variety of Television Networks as one of racing´s premier television commentators.  I used to provide play by play and commentary of basketball, football, hockey, boxing, volleyball, table tennis(yes I did!), regular tennis, Indy 500, and a bunch of other stuff. Occasionally I have been known to coach a youth soccer or baseball or basketball team, to 'stay in shape´ by baling hay at our small farm in southern Michigan, or to venture into the backcountry beneath a backpack in locales ranging from the Pictured Rocks, along Lake Superior, to Mt. Rainier in the Pacific Northwest (the kids really like that stuff).  As a local area expert with knowledge of the communities, my objective is to work diligently to assist you in meeting your Real Estate goals.  If you are considering buying or sellling a home in mid-Michigan, would like to have information about Real Estate in your area or just want to rap about Everest, Kilimanjaro, Indy Cars, or how to survive an18 year old male child, please don't hesitate to call 517 819-0681 or e-mail me at <cjmcclure@comcast.net>.

As it turns out I am a specialist in single family homes.  I have significant experience working both sides of the equation but admit to a longer chapter on my resume as it pertains to buyers.  I particularly enjoy working through the search process with folks seeking a new home.   Winnowing the list of potential homes to a list of candidate homes to the decision to write an offer is quite exciting, actually, and fun.  For some reason I have the knack for guiding my Clients to a home they really like in a fairly short period of time.  Maybe that's because I listen to what they say and design the search based on their wants and needs.  I sure seems to work.

I also enjoy guiding Clients through the process from offer to close.  There are so many details that need attention these days and I believe it is the responsibility of an agent to address all of those, monitor all of those, and be willing to make an extra phone call, get out of the office, or recliner at home, and see to it that nothing falls through the cracks.  My goal is to reach the closing table with nothing but smiles all around.  Every person in attendance should feel they have made a good deal.  So far so good.  All of my closings have been exactly that.  That makes me happy.  It makes Clients happy too.
