I like people, houses, architecture and land, so I love my calling. The only thing I'm selling is my service; it is not my job to sell you a house! I love representing Buyers, so that's what I do. I occasionally take listings on special request; I don't want a lot of open houses cluttering up my weekends so that I can focus on spending time with my buyer clients.
