I'm a land banker.  I invest in land and teach others how to do it as well through a series of free educational land banking workshops.  

My goal is to educate the public and every real estate investor on the fundamentals of purchasing land and not the hype that many times leaves many prospective buyers on the sidelines for fear that they might be making a mistake.  My passion in land education comes from the fact that this is one of the most misunderstood types of real estate, which I call the "Rodney Dangerfield" of real estate, since it doesn't get any respect.
